Job summary

Pacifico Energy LLC is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Structured Finance and Investments to lead power-focused financing in our Dallas office. You will structure and close non-recourse project debt and equity, translating development milestones into bankable financing terms while coordinating with development, EPC, and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong modeling, and relationship management with banks and investors, reporting to the CIO.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience structuring and closing non-recourse project finance for power assets.
• Strong financial modeling of project finance cash flows and debt sizing.
• Experience with lender negotiations, term loans, and credit agreements.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close non-recourse project finance.
• Manage end-to-end lender process including IMs and credit committees.
• Structure equity — JV and co-investment arrangements.
• Develop project finance models with construction draws.
• Support CIO on capital markets strategy and investor materials.
• Collaborate with development, EPC, and engineering to translate milestones.
