Job summary

Pacifico Energy is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Structured Finance and Investments to lead power-sector project finance, including debt and equity structuring for gas-fired, renewable, and storage assets. You will manage lender processes, develop capital markets materials, and collaborate with development, EPC, and engineering teams to translate milestones into bankable financing structures.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong financial modeling, and experience with non-recourse

Qualifications

Hands-on experience structuring and closing non-recourse project finance for power assets.
Experience managing bank processes, IMs, and credit committees.
Equity sizing, JV/co-investment structuring, and governance.

Responsibilities

Structure and close non-recourse project finance for gas-fired/AI/data center developments.
Lead end-to-end lender processes: outreach, IMs, credit committee presentations, and closing.
Structure equity arrangements and manage JV/co-investment processes.
Build and audit project finance models with construction draws and waterfalls.
Support capital markets strategy and maintain lender/investor relationships.
Translate technical milestones into financing triggers and draw schedules.
