Job summary

Pacifico Energy seeks a seasoned energy finance professional to join a fast-moving deal-driven team in Dallas. The role focuses on owning transaction processes, modeling economics, and presenting insights to senior leadership and external partners.

You will engage across finance and operations to structure and finance gas, renewable, and storage projects, delivering real economic impact and value creation for the business.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of power and energy experience in banking, project finance, or private equity.
• Transaction experience financing gas generation, renewable, and storage projects.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills; you own the model and what's driving it.
• Ability to translate numbers into real economic impact for the business.
• Track record of cross-functional work, influencing teams and managing people.
• Confidence presenting to senior executives, internally and with external partners.
• Hard-working, self-motivated mindset; you push to get the job done.
• Nimbleness and curiosity; quick to learn and adapt.
