Job summary

Nike in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Director of Strategy for Running to shape the long-term growth of the running business. You will lead framework development, analysis, and cross-functional coordination to prioritize Nike’s largest opportunities and drive execution across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 9–10+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related roles, with an MBA or similar graduate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Applied Science, or related field.
• 9–10+ years of directly relevant work experience in strategy roles.
• Experience in retail or sport industry with a premier company.
• MBA or like graduate degree preferred.
• Strategy background including management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Future Strategies – Create the path for future Nike.
• Develop frameworks, analysis, and critical thinking to drive Nike’s largest growth opportunities.
• Scope the work, define workstreams, and serve as overall project quarterback.
• Assess impact – diagnose results aligned to the plan & prioritize future actions.
• Support senior leaders to communicate strategies across the organization and develop metrics to measure success.
