• Translate strategy into priorities, roadmaps, and actionable plans for US Commercial.
• Lead annual strategic, financial, and headcount planning and governance cycles.
• Coordinate enterprise initiatives across US Commercial and align ownership, resources, and risks.
• Drive performance tracking, identify barriers, and implement course corrections.
• Develop high-impact communications for leadership meetings and internal/external audiences.
