Job Summary

The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a key member of the Strategy team, supporting senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies, as well as driving strategic initiatives to transform the company.

Job Duties

• Develop enterprise and domain-specific strategies to drive growth, compliance, and performance within current business units.
• Lead high-priority projects to unlock growth opportunities and transform Molina’s operating model.
• Conduct rigorous analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting.
• Stay informed on healthcare trends and generate market insights at national and local levels.
• Collaborate extensively with the company's executive leadership team.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Masters Degree or other advanced degree.

Required Experience/Skills

• At least 3+ years in strategic management consulting or investment banking with managed healthcare experience.
• Understanding of managed care organizations (MCOs) and healthcare industry broadly.
• Experience in strategy, research, synthesis, and solution development with action plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
