Job Description

Job Summary

The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a critical member of the Strategy team, supporting senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies, as well as driving key strategic initiatives to transform the company.

Job Duties

• Develops enterprise and domain-specific strategies to drive growth, compliance, and performance improvement within current business units.
• Leads high-priority projects to unlock growth opportunities and transform Molina’s operating model.
• Conducts rigorous analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting.
• Stays abreast of healthcare trends and generates national and local market insights.
• Provides extensive support and collaboration with the company's executive leadership team.

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Master's Degree or other advanced degree.

Required Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking with prior managed healthcare experience.
• Understanding of the drivers and strategies across functions in managed care organizations (MCOs) and broad healthcare industry knowledge.
• Strategy experience with the ability to frame challenges, conduct research, synthesize information, and develop action plans.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, intellectual agility, and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen.

Preferred Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• At least 10 years of relevant experience aligned with the job duties.

Pay Range: $107,028 - $250,446 / annually (actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills).
