Job Description

Job Summary

The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a key member of the Strategy team, supporting senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies, as well as driving strategic initiatives to transform the company.

Job Duties

• Develop enterprise and domain-specific strategies to drive growth, compliance, and performance within current business units.
• Lead high-priority projects to unlock growth opportunities and transform Molina’s operating model.
• Conduct rigorous analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting.
• Stay abreast of healthcare trends and generate national and local market insights.
• Provide extensive support and collaboration with the company's executive leadership team.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Master's Degree or higher.

Required Experience/Skills

• At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking, with managed healthcare experience.
• Understanding of drivers and strategies across managed care organizations and broad healthcare industry knowledge.
• Strategy experience with research, synthesis, and action plan development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Quantitative aptitude, analytical skills, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.

Preferred Experience/Skills

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
