Virgin Galactic is seeking a Director, Strategy & Growth Programs to spearhead high-priority growth initiatives with strategic and analytical rigor. This executive will lead ideation, business cases, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end program management, partnering with operating teams for long-term, scalable impact.
You will own corporate-level initiatives, deliver insights to the C-suite, mentor teams, and drive execution across the commercial organization.
The Director, Strategy & Growth Programs will spearhead key strategic and growth-driving projects for Virgin Galactic, combining thought leadership with operating excellence, and driving cross-functional. This well-rounded leader will establish high-priority growth programs with a strategic and analytical lens, shepherd all aspects of the programs (ideation, business case, stakeholder alignment, project planning and management, etc.) through the development phase, and partner with operating teams for transition and long-term success. In addition, this experienced executive will hold accountability for key corporate-level strategic initiatives, applying analytical rigor and project management proficiency to drive both insights and progress. Support the company strategy by holding ourselves and one another accountable for getting the work done.
The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $126,900.00–$203,075.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
