You will build internal capability, foster a self‑sustaining culture of execution excellence, and lead improvements using digital tools, analytics, and AI to boost productivity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Personally led 20+ improvement events as facilitator or lead.
• Experience deploying Strategy Deployment or Hoshin Kanri at enterprise level.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to develop internal capability.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design and implementation of the Strategy Deployment Process (SDP) across the enterprise.
• Own the policy deployment methodology end to end and ensure alignment with core business metrics.
• Lead executive strategy deployment sessions and enable cross-functional execution of OKRs.
• Build and sustain a culture of execution excellence with internal practitioner capability.
