Job summary

OnKure is seeking an Associate Director or Director of Supply Chain and Pharm Sci Operations in Boulder, CO to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for preclinical and clinical programs. You will shape DS/DP supply, forecast needs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure GMP compliance across global operations.

The role requires collaboration with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and other PharmSci functions, plus overseeing contracts, timelines, and budgets with external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or related field.
• 8-10+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• Experience developing clinical supply chain strategy and forecasting.
• Experience managing contracts, timelines, and budgets with CDMOs/CROs.
• GMP/CMC knowledge and regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy for DS/DP and comparators across preclinical and clinical assets.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations on design and maintenance of clinical supply plans.
• Forecast supply needs and manage inventory across sites to optimize manufacturing schedules.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, distribution, and import/export of IMPs; ensure compliance.
• Manage preclinical API logistics and IND-enabling study support.
• Maintain SOPs and dashboards for supply chain and operational activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mitigate supply chain risks.
