We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as theDirector of Strategic Federal Partnershipsat Pryon. This key role will focus on building deep, high-impact relationships with our top federal partners to drive co-innovation, joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and long-term success in the federal segment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the federal market, a proven ability to collaborate on strategic initiatives, and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through partnerships.


In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Strategic Partner Development:
  • Build and nurture high-impact, long-term relationships with key federal partners in the federal ecosystem.
  • Identify and pursue joint opportunities for co-innovation and solution development tailored to federal customer needs.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint GTM strategies, including co-selling, co-marketing, and bundled solution offerings.
  • Align Pryon’s AI-driven capabilities with partner solutions to create differentiated value propositions for federal customers.
  • Executive Alignment:
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships within partner organizations, ensuring alignment on shared goals and fostering trust.
  • Represent Pryon as a thought leader and strategic collaborator in discussions with partner leadership and federal stakeholders.
  • Federal Market Expertise:
  • Provide insights into federal market trends, procurement processes, and compliance requirements to inform partner strategies and internal decision-making.
  • Advise on leveraging set-aside programs, small business partners, and distribution channels to support broader federal sales goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and revenue operations teams to align priorities and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of joint strategies.
  • Performance Measurement:
  • Define and track success metrics for strategic partnerships, including pipeline creation, joint solution adoption, and federal market penetration.
  • Report regularly on partnership performance and key milestones to leadership.
  • Technical Partnership Development:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage technical implementation partners (e.g., systems integrators, OEMs, solution providers) that can help customize and extend Pryon’s platform for specific federal use cases.
  • Develop frameworks for assessing and selecting technical partners based on capabilities, federal compliance, and solution fit.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between Pryon’s technical teams and partners to ensure effective deployment, customization, and ongoing support.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align partner capabilities with Pryon’s roadmap and federal customer needs.
  • Oversee partner enablement programs, including training, certification, and co-development initiatives.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, federal sales, or program management within the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships with federal systems integrators, OEMs, or technology partners.
  • Experience working with technical implementation partners, including SIs and technology solution providers, to deploy and customize enterprise AI platforms in the federal space.
  • Prior experience structuring partner-led solution development and supporting bespoke technical implementations within government agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the federal contracting ecosystem, including key players like Leidos, Dell, Carahsoft, and federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes, compliance requirements, and emerging technology trends in AI or similar fields.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive initiatives to measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions to align priorities and achieve shared objectives.
  • Comfortable managing complexity and navigating matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

$160,000 - $200,000 a year
