Partner Company in the United States seeks a Director, Strategic Initiatives to shape innovation strategy across foodtech, agritech, water tech, and infrastructure. You will lead strategic programs, partnerships, and venture development, connecting AI, robotics, sensing, and energy systems with evolving market needs to create differentiated solutions.

You will collaborate with startups, researchers, universities, investors, and industry leaders to accelerate growth and define future priorities.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or PhD in a technical or scientific discipline.
• 10+ years in new business creation, domain leadership, or innovation management.
• Experience with startup ecosystems, open innovation, venture programs, or external partnerships.
• Strategic and analytical skills to translate insights into initiatives.
• Cross-functional collaboration with technical, product, engineering, research, and business teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Leadership to mentor early-stage teams and influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic roadmaps across emerging technology domains with market analyses.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, robotics, sensing, and energy capabilities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of startups and emerging technologies.
• Lead innovation programs, pilots, and collaborations with universities and industry partners.
• Develop venture theses, prototypes, and early traction for selected ventures.
• Establish relationships with research institutions, investors, and corporate partners.
• Represent the organization at conferences and ecosystem events.
