Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking a Sr Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead large cross-functional teams in developing, planning, and implementing key enterprise strategies. The role focuses on refining business processes, optimizing change management, and driving strategic initiatives that align with company objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in strategic planning and program management within tech/cybersecurity, plus strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding and certifications in project management and change management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• 7–10 years in strategic planning, program management and change management.
• 5–7 years in end-to-end business process redesign.
• 7–10 years in technology/cybersecurity/enterprise software sectors.
• Experience leading company-wide transformations in a consulting or corporate setting.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, planning and implementation of key company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute enterprise strategies and communicate results.
• Create detailed project plans; drive accountability for tasks and deadlines.
• Drive initiatives by identifying risks and opportunities and monitoring outcomes.
• Ensure change management translates initiatives into execution.
• Develop executive presentations; share insights and progress updates.
• Infuse external best practices while tailoring to BeyondTrust needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regularly.
