The University of California, San Francisco's Office of University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) seeks a Director of Gift and Endowment Planning to lead sophisticated gift structuring across UCSF priorities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
Expert working knowledge of planned giving, donor relations and fundraising concepts.
3–5 years direct gift planning experience in academia or health-related environments.
Strong knowledge of legal, financial, tax and estate planning for complex gifts.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with political acumen.
Organizational, analytical, and project management skills to manage pipelines.
