Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Parsippany, New Jersey seeks an Associate Director of Strategic Engagements to lead externally facing initiatives with urology leaders, healthcare systems, and priority accounts, driving market insights and brand strategy.

You will partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Leadership to craft coordinated engagement plans, oversee advisory boards, and translate field insights into actionable recommendations while traveling 50–65%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred (PhD/PharmD/MD/MBA).
• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience developing strategic relationships within Oncology/Urology and engaging healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong background in commercial strategy, brand planning, and society engagement.
• Well-developed communication skills; travel frequently (≈50–65%).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagement activities across bladder cancer ecosystems: urology practices, large groups, and priority accounts.
• Develop engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with physicians, administrators, and operational leaders.
• Identify and monitor key opinion leaders and strategic accounts for coordinated resource deployment.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams and brand strategy.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Commercial Operations for aligned execution.
• Plan and execute advisory boards, roundtables, and peer‑to‑peer educational initiatives.
