The ideal candidate combines superb writing and presentation skills with sophisticated stakeholder insight, experience shaping narratives for business, government, and non-profits, and will mentor teams while driving cross-firm collaboration on sensitive issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of experience in business, government, an agency, or a professional services firm.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to distill complex issues for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide polished client service to TLG’s blue-chip roster of clients.
• Independently manage day-to-day client workstreams and multi-faceted projects with deadlines.
• Execute client strategies by tracking actions and ensuring follow-through across teams.
• Lead development of high-quality written materials for bespoke client engagements, including press releases and statements.
• Monitor, analyze, and develop communications strategies in response to market events.
• Maintain familiarity with key issue areas, industries, and audiences.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to team management and culture.
• Work collaboratively across the firm and support new business initiatives.
