Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, retail finance, store operations finance, or related financial leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, store productivity, labor planning, expense management, and key KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial insights into strategic actions.
• Executive-level communication skills to present clear recommendations to Finance, Operations, and Field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Stores organization.
• Analyze store sales, traffic, conversion, labor, margin, shrink, and expense trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare concise financial recaps, business reviews, and leadership materials linking results to operational drivers.
• Partner with Operations and Field leaders to improve financial acumen and KPI understanding.
• Identify, implement, and scale AI-enabled solutions to improve forecast accuracy and speed.

The Director of Stores Finance will lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support for the Stores Division, serving as a key thought partner to the VP of Stores, Retail Operations, Field Leadership, and senior Finance leadership. This role will connect the store strategy to the financial plan, translate performance trends into actionable insights, and influence decisions that advance Lane Bryant’s strategic objectives through a disciplined financial lens.
