Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, inventory, supply chain).
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for all applications supporting stores and operations.
• Align IT strategy with enterprise priorities to deliver measurable business value.
