The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 10+ years in facilities, retail operations, or store development, with leadership scope; Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred. You will have Proven experience managing multi-site luxury or premium environments, as well as strong expertise in building systems, preventive maintenance, and capital planning. You will have demonstrated success leading regional teams and vendor networks. Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., ServiceChannel, FEXA) is required as well as strong financial acumen across opex and capex. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading regional teams and vendor networks and can be a strong cross-functional communicator in a matrixed organization. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
