Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Director to lead the continued growth of the firm’s State and Local Government work in the South market. You will manage a portfolio of engagements and staff, ensuring contractual targets are met while expanding relationships with courts, justice agencies, and public sector clients.

You will oversee engagement delivery, drive transformation programs, and contribute to a high-performanceCulture.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Permanent Resident or US Citizen.
• Excellent program and project management skills across large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong relationships with leaders across state and local government, including courts and justice agencies.
• Familiarity with judicial branch acquisition processes and business development practices.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a portfolio of client engagements and staff ensuring contractual targets and deliverables are met.
• Strategize project approaches, facilitate communications, and manage risk across engagements.
• Drive quality and standards of work product and maintain strong executive relationships.
• Develop and instill best practices; ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Grow the practice with new business opportunities and revenue targets (>$5M annually).
• Lead recruiting, career development, and a positive performance culture.
