Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, seeks a Director of State and Local Government Affairs to lead policy initiatives before state and local officials and advance company priorities, including data center delivery. This role reports to the VP of State Government Affairs and requires strong policy expertise and proven relationship-building capabilities.

The position is onsite in multiple locations (Austin, Nashville, or Santa Teresa) with travel as needed and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public policy at state/local level.
• Ability to briefing and staff senior-level executives.
• Experience managing external resources such as lobbyists and consultants.
