Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC is seeking an experienced STARBASE Director to lead the day‑to‑day operation of the STARBASE Academy at Patrick Space Force Base, FL. You will supervise personnel, ensure curriculum and program compliance, and serve as the liaison to installation leadership and school districts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a STEM field or education and at least 5 years in education administration or program management, with the ability to obtain DoD background clearances and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or education.
• 5+ years' experience in elementary education/administration or program management.
• Must pass security/background checks for working in a DoD facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision and management of the STARBASE program and facility.
• Serve as building Manager for the STARBASE facility and safeguard Government property; manage keys.
• Supervise all program personnel and conduct staff development.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures and MOUs with local school agencies.
• Coordinate, supervise, and administer program requirements, marketing plan, and business plan; obtain COR approval.
• Represent the program at initial and annual training conferences.
• Submit waivers to the Contracting Officer’s Representative prior to implementation.
• Develop and coordinate partnerships with schools, businesses, and government agencies.
• Ensure the STARBASE program meets operations requirements.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the COR within 10 calendar days of month-end.
