Job summary

The STAGE Center at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering seeks a Director, STAGE Center Initiatives and Strategy, to drive growth, partnerships, and program impact. You will work with scientists, technologists, and artists to translate research into innovative programs and fundraising opportunities.

Reporting to the Faculty Director, you will cultivate internal and external collaborations, lead strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and guide staff toward

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary program.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in grant proposal development and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages STAGE Center's growth strategy and partnerships.
• Strengthens core partnerships with NSF, Chicago Quantum Exchange, Argonne, and international partners.
• Directly supervises staff and ensures alignment with strategic priorities and budgets.
• Oversees program operations, evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identifies funding opportunities and develops grant proposals and supporting materials.
