Job description

We are seeking a senior product leader to serve as Evolve’s Product Lead, owning the strategy, definition, and delivery of our cognitive performance platform as we move from early deployments into commercial scale. Evolve combines cognitive assessment and adaptive training to help enterprise and high-performance customers understand performance, identify what to improve, and measure change over time. This person will own how those capabilities come together into a clear, differentiated commercial product.

Working across customers, research, engineering, data, and design, this person will define what we build, how it works, what we measure and report, and what ultimately ships. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can set product direction, make clear decisions and stay close enough to the work to drive it from strategy through launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Evolve’s product strategy, roadmap, and commercial offering.
  • Define how assessment, training, reporting, and longitudinal measurement come together into a repeatable enterprise product.
  • Translate customer needs and use cases into scalable product capabilities rather than bespoke solutions.
  • Set product priorities and make tradeoffs across customer value, differentiation, evidence, technical feasibility, and speed.
  • Partner with commercial leadership on positioning, packaging, and the path from pilots to scaled deployments.
2. Product Definition & Experience
  • Own the end‑to‑end product experience across assessment, training, reporting, and reassessment.
  • Define what Evolve measures, derives, and surfaces to customers, including the metrics and outputs that create product value.
  • Partner with Research and Data Science to translate cognitive, physiological, behavioral, and performance data into clear product experiences.
  • Define product workflows, logic, reporting, interpretation, and how assessment informs action and training.
  • Ensure hardware, software, sensing, analytics, and user experience operate as one cohesive product.
  • Translate product strategy into requirements, PRDs, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
  • Lead product decisions across software, hardware, research, data, design, and commercial teams.
  • Resolve product and technical tradeoffs and maintain alignment around customer outcomes.
  • Partner with the Program Manager on execution, dependencies, readiness, and delivery while retaining ownership of product direction.
  • Ensure what ships is coherent, validated, usable, and commercially ready.
4. Product Discovery & Validation
  • Build continuous discovery and feedback loops with customers, operators, users, and partners.
  • Use pilots and deployments to validate product assumptions, customer value, usability, and adoption.
  • Identify repeatable needs and distinguish scalable product opportunities from one‑off requests.
  • Track market and competitive developments that inform product direction and differentiation.
  • Translate learning into changes to the roadmap, commercial offer, and product experience.
Experience & Background

Required

  • 10–15+ years of product experience, including senior ownership of complex technology products.
  • Proven experience serving as the product lead for a product, platform, or major product line.
  • Experience taking technically complex products from development or early deployment into commercial offerings.
  • Strong experience across product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and end‑to‑end user experience.
  • Experience with data‑rich products where measurement, analytics, reporting, or insights are central to product value.
  • Strong cross‑functional experience across software, hardware, data/science, design, and commercial teams.
  • Strong customer‑facing experience translating real‑world needs into scalable product decisions.
  • Technical fluency across system architecture, data flows, integrations, and implementation tradeoffs.
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience with biosensing, wearables, neurotechnology, digital health, human performance, or physiological data products.
  • Experience with cognitive assessment, measurement platforms, performance analytics, or decision‑support products.
  • Experience developing derived metrics, scores, measurement frameworks, or reporting products.
  • Experience with AI/ML, adaptive systems, personalization, or real‑time data.
  • Experience with enterprise products and evidence‑based, research, regulated, clinical, or defense environments.
  • Exceptional product judgment and systems thinking.
  • Able to turn complex science and technology into a simple, coherent product.
  • Commercially minded while maintaining scientific and technical rigor.
  • Comfortable operating at both the strategic and detailed product‑definition level.
  • Decisive and able to make thoughtful tradeoffs with incomplete information.
  • Clear communicator across technical, scientific, commercial, and executive teams.
  • High ownership, strong pace, and consistent follow‑through.
