Job summary

Jacobs Management Group partners with a growing life sciences manufacturer to establish its first global procurement and planning function. The role is hybrid, spanning Florida, Minnesota, or Indiana, with internal collaboration across sites and international travel.

You will report to the EVP of Operations and lead analytics, automation, and AI initiatives, shaping strategy, and supplier performance while building multi-site capabilities and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Led multi-site procurement and planning in highly regulated manufacturing.
• Implemented or improved ERP, planning, BI, or AI tools.
• Works well across sites, time zones, and cultures.
• Travel up to 30%, including international.

Responsibilities

• Set global procurement strategy, sourcing, and supplier performance.
• Lead supply, material, and operations planning, including SIOP.
• Drive inventory optimization and supply resilience.

Director / Sr. Director, Global Procurement and Planning

Hybrid | Florida, Minnesota, or Indiana

Compensation: $180,000 to $240,000 plus bonus (Based on level & experience).

My client, a growing life sciences manufacturer with U.S. and European sites, is creating its FIRSTglobal procurement and planning function.

Today each site runs its own. You'll build what connects them, reporting to the EVP of Operations.
