Director/ Sr Director - Business Development- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance)
Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Director/Senior Director of Business Development in the BFSI sector. This position involves leading growth initiatives, expanding client portfolios, and driving transformation projects within the banking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth in BFSI.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  3. Lead negotiations and deal structuring, including pricing and value propositions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and project delivery.
  5. Travel as needed to support business development activities and client engagements.
Minimum Requirements
  1. 15+ years of progressive experience in IT professional services sales.
  2. At least 5 years of recent experience selling transformation projects to BFSI clients.
  3. Proven success in growing client portfolios multifold.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English.
  5. Willingness to travel as required.
