Job summary

ChildServe seeks a Director of Special Events to oversee all branded fundraising events and act as the primary contact for third‑party events. You will plan, execute, and optimize events, manage budgets, and cultivate donor relationships to maximize fundraising opportunities.

As a senior leader, you will coordinate internal teams, ensure high-quality experiences, and report outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and as few as three years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in event management, fundraising, sales, communications, or marketing and/or public relations.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branded fundraising events, plan and execute, manage timelines and logistics, and coordinate marketing and sponsorships.
• Maintain event budgets, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up for quality delivery.
• Manage donor and sponsor relations, cultivate relationships, and collaborate with leadership to secure sponsorships.
