Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or production development in aerospace or automotive.
• Proven track record in bringing new products to production.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and NPI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Manufacturing Development organization for spacecraft production.
• Own the transition of products from development to volume production.
• Drive NPI execution and partner with various engineering teams.
