The ideal candidate has over 8 years in manufacturing engineering, a strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles, and experience in high-complexity hardware industries.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape production infrastructure by working cross-functionally across various teams to deliver exceptional spacecraft solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles.
• Experience scaling hardware products from prototype to production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing facilities planning.

• Drive manufacturing strategy and NPI execution for Comet.
• Lead factory development initiatives including facility layout.
• Take ownership of translating production requirements into scalable factory solutions.
