Red Bull North America in Chicago is seeking an experienced Space Planning and Category Management leader to shape retail strategy in the beverage sector. You will influence category and merchandising decisions across internal teams and retail partners.

The role requires 10+ years in space planning or related fields, strong analytics, and the ability to coach high-performing teams while juggling multiple priorities. Travel 30-40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Space Planning, Category Management, CPG, beverage, or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience managing complex projects independently with internal teams and retail partners.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations with strong analytics and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Nielsen, Circana, and/or PDI syndicated data to inform customer strategies.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Blue Yonder space planning software preferred.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Power BI preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop teams while balancing priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Manage complex projects independently and create clear execution plans with internal teams and retail partners.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations through strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Build relationships with internal sales teams and customer partners to influence decisions.
• Travel up to 30-40% as required.
