Job summary

Cybastion, a global government infrastructure partner, seeks a Head of Group-wide sourcing and procurement to drive end-to-end supply chain across HQ, country units and projects in Arlington, VA. The role offers significant impact and ownership in a growing company.

You will establish procurement strategy, governance and execution discipline, reporting to the Chief Capital & Risk Officer, and lead cross-regional teams to protect delivery, cost and compliance while scaling capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in domestic and international sourcing, procurement and end-to-end supply chain.
• Experience managing complex, project-based international procurements and building scalable teams.
• Fluent English; French and experience sourcing for African technology or infrastructure projects are strong advantages.

Summary
