Job summary

Cybastion is seeking a specialist to lead export-control and regulatory compliance across technology and data transfers, licensing, and counterparty diligence with authority to halt prohibited commitments. The role focuses on the Defense & Intelligence Business Unit and related risk beyond physical shipments.

The candidate will operate in a global context, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate regulatory exposure.

Qualifications

• Substantial export-control or trade-compliance experience with hands-on classification and licensing work.
• Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR and OFAC frameworks.
• Experience with defense or dual-use items and foreign-government end-user processes.

Mission

Responsible for export-control and regulatory compliance for the Defense & Intelligence Business Unit, including the parts of the risk that extend beyond physical shipments.
