Job summary

Workday seeks a Director of Finance Process Owner (Source to Pay) to lead optimization and governance of the global Source to Pay value stream. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive process standards, supplier onboarding, contract management, and AI-enabled optimizations.

The role requires 12+ years in Source to Pay or finance transformation, with deep knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and payments, and familiarity with Workday platforms. Hybrid work encouraged in the USA.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in Source to Pay, Finance Transformation, or related discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field; professional certifications preferred.
Deep functional knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, procurement, POs, invoice processing, expense management, and payments.
Experience with ERP platforms, especially Workday.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Source to Pay processes across global operations.
Define and evolve global process standards for Source to Pay.
Establish governance and controls across Procurement, Finance, Tax, Legal, and stakeholders.
Drive SOX compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity.
Develop KPIs to measure process health and outcomes.
