Job summary

DP World seeks a Director, Solutions - Commercial Enablement to translate customer needs into executable, cost-aligned logistics solutions.

This cross-functional, customer-facing role partners with Sales, Solutions Design, Pricing, and Operations to ensure commercially sound and operationally executable solutions.

The position leads multiple bids and supports customer presentations and negotiations to close deals.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 10+ years in 3PL, operations, engineering, or solutions design
• Experience leading complex bids and customer engagements
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain
• Commercial acumen in cost modeling and solution development
• Program/project management expertise (PMP or equivalent)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
