As Director of Solutions Architecture, you will build and lead Frontline's Strategic Education Consultant team, a specialist overlay of K-12 business and domain experts who lead with process, strategy, and customer outcomes first and product second. Across Frontline's Human Capital Management, Student, and Business solution areas, you will ensure regional Sales teams and Solution Architects can access the expertise needed to develop market strategy, expand solution adoption, and compete effectively in our largest and most complex opportunities.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture, you will lead a team of Strategic Education Consultants while partnering closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Product Marketing, Enablement, and other cross-functional teams. You will establish a scalable specialist model that strengthens enterprise selling, accelerates new and existing solutions into additional markets, develops external thought leadership, and builds domain fluency across the broader presales organization.
