Job summary

Frontline Education seeks a Senior Product Manager to own customer and business outcomes for key product areas that support school districts and educators. You will work with a collaborative Product, Design, and Engineering team to translate customer problems into measurable roadmaps and outcomes.

You will drive discovery with educators and administrators, leverage data to guide decisions, and explore AI-enabled capabilities to improve workflows and outcomes in education, while balancing

Qualifications

• Experience leading product initiatives in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to deliver products that solve meaningful customer problems and drive impact.
• Strong customer discovery, product strategy, and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product direction.
• Experience working with cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impact.
• Comfort using data to inform decisions, evaluate success metrics, and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience collaborating across teams including engineering, design, sales, customer success, and other customer-facing roles.
• Ability to connect strategy with execution and align teams around a shared vision and measurable outcomes.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and defining clear paths forward in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, influence, and cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Familiarity with education technology or a strong interest in improving outcomes for schools and communities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product strategy grounded in customer insight, data, business priorities, and a deep understanding of the education landscape.
• Partner closely with Product Design and Engineering in an empowered product team model with shared accountability for customer and business outcomes.
• Translate complex problems into clear outcome-based priorities, roadmaps, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Spend significant time engaging with customers and stakeholders through discovery, research, and validation activities to uncover unmet needs.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, experimentation, and validation efforts to accelerate learning, reduce risk, and improve decision quality before scaling investments.
• Make thoughtful prioritization and trade-off decisions that balance customer needs, business goals, technical realities, and long-term product strategy.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, improve customer experiences, and identify opportunities to drive adoption, retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around product direction, success metrics, priorities, and desired outcomes.
• Champion simple, scalable solutions that improve usability and deliver meaningful long-term value for customers and the business.
• Explore emerging technologies and AI-driven capabilities in practical ways that improve customer workflows, operational effectiveness, and user outcomes.

As a Senior Product Manager at Frontline Education, you will own customer and

effectively and support the people who make learning possible. You will work

within an empowered Product, Design, and Engineering team, partnering closely

to identify meaningful customer problems, define measurable outcomes, and

The full-based compensation range for this position is $120,000-$160,000.
