  • Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives to shape thoughtful territory plans and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Guide consistent execution across the region by strengthening pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and overall sales performance.
  • Engage directly with senior district leaders, including superintendents and board members, to support complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Services to ensure a connected and positive customer experience.
  • Bring forward customer feedback, emerging needs, and product insights to help shape decisions across the organization.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early and adjust regional plans to maintain momentum and resilience.
  • Coach and develop team members to grow their confidence, deepen their approach to consultative selling, and strengthen executive engagement.
  • Foster a culture where teams explore new tools and insights, using technology in thoughtful ways to improve planning, decision-making, and outcomes.
  • Represent Frontline across your region by building trusted relationships with districts, state leaders, and partners.
  • Use AI-enabled insights to identify regional performance trends, pipeline risk, and coaching opportunities.
  • Help sales leaders apply AI responsibly in territory planning, account strategy, forecasting, and seller coaching.
  • Partner with Revenue Intelligence, Enablement, and Sales Operations to embed AI into practical sales workflows.
  • Reinforce ethical, accurate, and customer-appropriate use of AI across sales motions.
What You Bring to Help Us Grow

  • A strong background in SaaS, education technology, or enterprise sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing regional strategies that drive consistent growth.
  • Understanding of K-12 education systems, including how districts make decisions and allocate resources.
  • Confidence engaging with executive-level stakeholders and guiding complex conversations.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and turn insights into clear, strategic action
  • Experience working across teams to align priorities and move initiatives forward
  • Strong command of Salesforce and modern sales tools, with familiarity using Gong, AlignedUp, revenue intelligence, and AI-enabled platforms to improve execution.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region to build relationships and support your team.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
  • A mindset that stays curious and open to new ways of working, especially as tools and technology continue to evolve.
  • The ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.
  • A collaborative approach that brings people together around shared goals.
  • Comfort navigating change and helping others adapt with clarity and confidence.
  • A thoughtful approach to using technology that keeps people, relationships, and outcomes at the center.
