We aim to help our customers deliver better outcomes and experiences across the country.

We are seeking a Director of Solutions Consultant to support our mission and growth. The Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the Solutions Consultant team, which is critical to the sales process execution.

The role involves overseeing the team, analyzing and advising prospects and clients, and driving new business. The Director will identify goals and challenges at both executive and user levels and present strategic product demonstrations that demonstrate ROI and value.

Additional responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding talent, executing sales processes, training account executives, and acting as a technical liaison between sales, product management, clients, and prospects. Fostering a results-oriented team culture is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a team spirit, an outgoing personality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the success of the Solutions Consultants team, including:
  • Attracting, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Managing scheduling and utilization
  • Providing feedback and coaching
  • Managing the team budget, including T&E and commissions
  • Reporting and analyzing KPIs related to sales discovery and demonstrations
  • Developing training and enablement tools in collaboration with sales leadership
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Aline’s products and services.
  • Consult with prospects and customers to evaluate their needs and workflows.
  • Assist Account Executives in building business cases demonstrating operational impact and ROI.
  • Respond to technical inquiries via onsite visits, phone, or written communication.
  • Support delivery of Aline’s value proposition through presentations, demos, and written content.
  • Document customer needs and relay information to product and marketing teams.
  • Prepare customized sales collateral and demos for strategic accounts.
  • Travel up to 50% as required.
  • Qualifications
    • 3-5 years SaaS experience as a Solutions Consultant, with knowledge of financial operations
    • 2-4 years of leadership or management experience
    • Strong business acumen and a proven track record of results
    • Experience in B2B SaaS sales with multiple product lines
    • Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including public speaking
    • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to create visual presentations
    • Highly organized with strong scheduling skills
    • Familiarity with senior living or real estate operations is a plus
    • Negotiation skills in challenging and collaborative environments
