This role is responsible for leading a team of managers, consultants, and implementation professionals who drive the successful onboarding, activation, adoption, and optimization of Waystar's Clearinghouse solutions.
The Director will be accountable for delivering exceptional client outcomes, developing high-performing teams, ensuring predictable revenue realization, and driving operational excellence across a portfolio of enterprise healthcare clients. This leader must balance people development, client success, and business performance while partnering cross-functionally with Product, PMO, Advisory Services, Client Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong executive presence, healthcare revenue cycle expertise, and a passion for developing people and building scalable operating models.
