Job summary
West Monroe is seeking a Director with a strong passion for the Software & High-Tech industry to join our national practice. You will serve Software & High-Tech clients and Private Equity investors, focusing on software, SaaS, TMT, and tech-enabled services, delivering value across strategy, roadmap development, and product diligence.
Responsibilities include client delivery, building data-driven methodologies, enhancing analysis and presentation frameworks, collaborating across industry teams,
Qualifications
- 12-15 years of work experience in a client-facing capacity within Software/High-Tech
- Experience in go-to-market practices or product delivery is a plus
- M&A experience at a Software/High-Tech acquirer is desirable
- Ability to travel 25-50% and work in the United States without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Client Delivery and business development responsibilities across West Monroe's Software & High-Tech practice
- Develop data-driven methodologies and assets for evaluating Software & High-Tech businesses
- Enhance analysis and presentation frameworks used in Software & High-Tech advisory
- Collaborate with industry, technology and operational teams to improve delivery capabilities
- Lead a team of product-focused consultants and participate in recruiting and campus programs
- Contribute to Practice Development and thought leadership to drive in-market lead generation
