Experience:You qualify for this position if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal Service. For this position, specialized experience is defined as developing and implementing enterprise software governance policies and lifecycle strategies; directing a portfolio of enterprise software platforms, including resource, licensing, vendor and risk decisions; supervising a technical workforce and managing performance and personnel matters; and advising senior leadership and coordinating or negotiating solutions
In addition to meeting the Specialized Experience for all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the competencies listed below:
