Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
• Preferred: Master's degree and 10+ years in software engineering; 5+ years in Agile practices.
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
• Work with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.
• Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments.
• Break down existing monolithic applications into microservice architectures and build new microservices.
