Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering end‑to‑end drug substance/product lifecycle
• Solid understanding of CMC, regulatory and supply chain considerations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical product leadership and oversee on-time execution of deliverables across DCT and VCMT.
• Develop and communicate stage-appropriate development and commercialization strategy for target products.
• Assess risks, drive problem solving, and balance speed, cost and robustness across programs.
• Represent CMC, influence governance decisions, and ensure robust lifecycle strategies are realized.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and performance in a high‑impact team environment.
• Navigate ambiguity with data-driven decision making and risk management.
