Qualifications

• Experience in setting up SLAs/SLOs/SLIs for critical services.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain tools for monitoring, logging, and tracing system performance.
• Write software and scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Design and build reliable and scalable systems with defined SLOs and SLIs.

Skills

Deep understanding of systems development life cycle

Experience with programming languages (Python, etc.)

Moderate to advanced proficiency in AWS services

Experience in Agile methodology
