Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in solving problems and maximizing product value.
• Respond promptly to production issues and provide workarounds.
• Collaborate with development engineers and server/network teams.

Skills

Strong understanding of Linux and performance tuning

Programming and scripting knowledge (Python, C/C++, Java)

Education
