Siegfried Irvine site seeks a Director of Engineering & Maintenance to lead site engineering and maintenance for pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will drive capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide cross-functional teams to elevate operational performance.

Lead modernization, asset optimization, and tool governance while mentoring a high-performing engineering organization in a fast-growing global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years engineering experience in pharma.
• 7+ years leading engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams.
• 5+ years GMP experience including aseptic processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute mid- and long-term engineering strategy aligned with site goals.
• Lead major CAPEX projects from concept through execution on time and budget.
• Oversee engineering, maintenance, facilities, automation, and calibration teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in aseptic operations and GMP compliance.
