Job summary

RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary, seeks a Director of Site and CMC Program Management to provide strategic leadership for Indianapolis CMC programs and end-to-end site execution. You will partner with Product Development, Operations, and external partners to drive portfolio delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, business, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience with significant program/project management and CMC exposure.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams and complex programs with multiple stakeholders and risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Indianapolis site-based and end-to-end CMC programs.
• Build and lead the Program Management team, including planning capabilities, systems, governance routines, and KPIs.
• Coordinate site and portfolio initiatives including manufacturing readiness, tech transfer, supply chain planning, and CAPA initiatives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; drive mitigation and escalation.
• Prepare executive updates and governance materials; translate complex data into clear insight.
