Key position within the triad leadership team (i.e. Physician, Nursing, and Administration) with overall responsibility for enterprise-wide strategic planning, development, management, and performance of the multi-disciplinary service lines. The Director oversees standard and customized approaches to performance improvement and addresses issues that span across service lines, clinics and locations, and support planning for future programs and growth opportunities. The Director supervises the service line managers and ensures ongoing success of service lines through close collaboration of clinical and operational leadership. Key relationships: Clinical leadership, COO, CNO, CAO, Sr. Director for Access, Business Intelligence.

Education

Bachelor's Degree Business or Healthcare related field Required

Master's Degree Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business or related field Preferred

Experience

5 years experience in a role working with complex project management functions Required
