The role leads specialty engineering, ensures MBSE adoption, and coordinates across multiple IPTs and stakeholders to meet program goals. The position requires a STEM degree with 8–10+ years of experience, a United States Secret clearance, and a proven track record in leading engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with progressive engineering experience or Master’s with 8+ years in engineering leadership.
• Active US Government Secret clearance, investigation within last 5 years.
• Experience leading engineering teams/organizations to a common goal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialty Engineering organization within Sentinel Systems Engineering.
• Direct the implementation of specialty engineering requirements and processes across programs and locations.
• Manage planning, budgeting, and reporting for specialty engineering work scope.
• Coordinate specialty engineering topics across IPTs and engage stakeholders.
